A template is a message format Meta approves before it is sent. When campaigns become available, marketing templates would let you share offers or new menu items with customers who have agreed to receive them. Customers must be able to opt out.

Other service replies share Meta’s monthly free allowance and can increase the bill. These are India / INR estimates, not a spending cap or an invoice.

Free replies, the 24-hour window and rate assumptions
  • The proposed 200 free AI replies are a one-time Climbrk allowance, not a monthly renewal. Normal plan totals above do not include them.
  • If you use the full 200 trial replies and the full Growth allowance in the same month, the combined estimate is ₹1,874.62, including 500 future marketing deliveries. Trial replies still count toward Meta usage.
  • Meta’s first 1,000 service messages per number are free each calendar month. This is separate from the Climbrk trial. The allowance is shared with staff and other tools and does not roll over.
  • Each incoming customer message restarts the 24-hour reply window. It does not restart the monthly free-message allowance.
  • Service replies after the free allowance: ₹0.115 each. Marketing: ₹0.8631 per delivered message before tax. Marketing does not use the free service allowance.
  • Rate card effective 01 October 2026. Utility/authentication templates, calls, ads, currency conversion, provider markups and special free-entry-point exemptions are not modelled. Multiple outgoing bubbles can count as multiple messages.

The questions
behind the price.

Do I need a new phone number?

For the current connection flow, use a number that is not already registered with WhatsApp. Existing-number migration and WhatsApp Business app coexistence are not supported in this release.

What if the assistant gets something wrong?

AI can make mistakes. Review the sample answers, keep your business information current, and take over when needed. The assistant is instructed to use only your information and hand off when it cannot answer.

Can I take over a chat?

Yes. Tap Take over to pause the assistant, then reply yourself. It stays paused until you turn it back on.

Is my customers’ data safe, and where is it stored?

The app uses HTTPS, hashed passwords and checks that keep business accounts separate. The current deployment is hosted on Google Cloud in Iowa, United States (Google Cloud us-central1). Google Gemini and WhatsApp may process information in other locations. No system is risk-free. Read our privacy policy.

Do I need technical skills?

No coding is needed. Add your details by hand or upload a photo, review the suggestions, and try Preview. We help with the WhatsApp connection before you choose to go live.

What does it cost?

What languages does it speak?

Hindi, English and Hinglish. Choose a preferred language and tone, or let it match the customer. Review the examples before going live.

What does Meta charge separately?

Meta sets separate WhatsApp Platform fees. Charges depend on the message category, destination and current rates; templates outside the customer service window may be charged. Check Meta’s current pricing before connecting. See Meta’s current pricing.

How do I cancel or delete my account?

During the pilot you can stop using the service. Owners can request deletion by email or use Settings → Delete account and data. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in the deletion policy. Read the data deletion instructions.
